Workmanship & Materials

1 Year

Covers defects in materials and installation for finishes, fixtures, paint, siding, and other components as defined in the closing documents.

Systems Coverage

2 Years

Covers defects in the distribution and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP).

Structural Integrity

10 Years

Initiating a Warranty or Service Request

We make submitting a service request simple and traceable.

  1. Review Your Documentation

Before submitting a request, please refer to the Homeowner Warranty Documentation provided at closing to confirm the issue is covered under the applicable warranty tier.

  1. Submit a Request

All service requests must be submitted through our dedicated online portal or by email to ensure we have a complete record of the issue.

Please include:

  • Your Name and Contact Information
  • Home Address
  • A clear description of the issue
  • High-resolution photos or a short video of the defect
  1. Inspection & Resolution

A GRIT service technician will contact you within 3 business days to schedule an inspection. Once the issue is verified as covered by the warranty, we will schedule the necessary repair or replacement.
